dog friendly hotel in Palo Alto, CA right off University Avenue! Outdoor dining too with twinkly lights!

I recently visited Palo Alto for a conference for work and walked by the Garden Court Hotel. I have dined outside there in the past years ago with a significant other, years ago! I love the twinkly lights and the place has a great feeling! As I wandered around in my reverie, the people working there were super dog friendly and I would have felt very comfortable dining there or staying there, but could afford neither at this time!
