Mo at Out and About in Rockridge, Oakland, CA

Billy says, "Mo is at Out and About in Rockridge."  This is a street festival in the Rockridge district of Oakland, CA.  He decided he wanted to be carried at one point, he kept smelling us to make sure we were still there.  He is so tired after his busy day that he's taking a nap right now.
