LIMON restaurant  is at 524 Valencia in San Francisco.  It is really yummy Peruvian food and has dog friendly seating outside!

Lodging: Pinecrest Chalet

Pinecrest Chalet if located at 500 Dodge Ridge Rd.  There is no restaurant  on site, but there are three restaurants available nearby!  Some of the cabins have kitchens so you can bring your own food.  I called this inn and the friendly innkeeper told me that you can leave your dog in the cabin while you skii.  I haven’t stayed here yet with my dog but it sounds like a very dog friendly place.
