Soi 4 has outdoor dog friendly tables. Also, for people who prefer to eat indoors, dogs can be by the open window. We like to brink blankets for our dogs to lay on!

Happy Chanukah pets!
We have a tradition in our family of celebrating both Christmas and Chanukah with our pets! There are seven nights of Chanukah, tonight is the first one! While the people are eating lattkes, sour cream, apple sauce, etc., my pets will be getting the following 7 treats!
On the first night of Chanukah, my doggy got heart treats and my cats from frozen yogurt!
Below are all the treats I got at Pet Food Express in case I forget to blog one of the Chanukah nights!
Tonight, for the first Chanukah, my doggy chose the freeze dried duck heart, in fact he got two! He looked at me saying, yum!”
The cats chose the tiki treats and the pet frozen yogurt!

Long Barn Lodge Ice Skating
Dogs are welcome in the ice rink but not on ice. This is the lodge dog, Axel Rose.
City Center in San Ramon
During this holiday, we visited the City Center shopping area to go ice skating with friends, so we didn’t bring our dog. Ice skating was full fir the evening, but I did notice the place is dog friendly. There is a large raspy area for children to play at, and they don’t want dogs on that fake grass. Most of the restaurants there had dog friendly outdoor areas, many with fire pits.

Travels With Charlie
The book Travels With Charlie was written by Steinbeck. There is a museum in Salinas, Ca called the Steinbeck Museum. It is now run by California State University, Monterey.
Dining at Sonoma Mission inn
There are choices for dining at Sonoma Mission Inn. One choice is ordering take out from one of the many restourant choices in the area, then dining in the room, in the lobby, or at the outside outdoor fire pits.
There is also an in house restaurant with a dog friendly area!
Sonoma Mission Inn
The Sonoma Mission Inn is now also known as Fairmont Sonoma. I love the Fairmont properties as they are super dog friendly with beautiful ambiance!
Here are some photos from my visit to the hotel, I look forward to someday staying overnight at this beautiful property with my dog!
Dogs are not allowed at the adult pools. Dogs are welcome at the family pool. The entire lobby, including the bar are dog friendly! There are several outdoor fire pits outside the lobby, I ordered food at the bar with my dog and they delivered it at the fire pit, they also brought blankets for my dog and I and dog treats!
